'Broadway Close Up: Bound for Broadway' concert: Songs from Band Geeks! will be featured at the 9th annual Bound for Broadway concert at Merkin Concert Hall, a high profile event that offers "sneak peeks of brand new shows that might turn out to be the next season's biggest hits." Past concerts have featured Avenue Q, Next To Normal, The Drowsy Chaperone and High Fidelity.

Band Geeks! at the National Alliance for Musical Theater's New Works Festival: Band Geeks! was one of eight shows chosen for this prestigious industry event, which showcases them to an invited audience of producers and industry professionals from around the world. Past works from the festival include Broadway shows The Drowsy Chaperone and Thoroughly Modern Millie.

Sha-La-La: The Songs of Gaby Alter is a *free* concert evening of songs from TWENTY-NINE, with two selections from BAND GEEKS and REALITY! It's at 6 pm on May 11th at Lincoln Center Library (111 Amsterdam Ave), hosted and produced by Jonathan Znidarsic, directed by Michelle Tattenbaum, musical direction by Gillian Berkowitz, with Pearl Sun (HAPPINESS), Mary Faber (AVENUE Q), Krysta Rodriguez (IN THE HEIGHTS), Jason Tam (A CHORUS LINE), Lauren Marcus and Jason "SweetTooth" Williams (REWRITE), Jared Weiss, Liz Gross, Graham Stevens, and Tommy Newman.

Backstory goes on the air: Gaby's instrumental theme can be heard opening each episode of the new public radio show Backstory with the American History Guys. Described as a Car Talk for American history, the weekly show "tears a topic from the headlines and plumb its historical depths." You can download the podcast here.

PBS airs Gaby's song "Let's Tell The Time": Performed by Mr. Steve (aka Steve Roslonek) on the nationally broadcast morning show Preschool Kids' Block. Take a look!
